In my graveyard shift schedule I need to do more care about myself. I need to eat fruits like banana to relieved my stress, mango and Vegetables. Food that rich in Potassium to keep my heartbeat regular and my muscles works right. According to www.healthiciousness.com the high potassium foods are like beans, dark leafy greens, potatoes, squash, yogurt, fish, avocados. mushrooms and bananas these are safe and healthy. Specially those people who works in graveyard shift we must maintain ourselves to eat a balance diet and exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Instead of coffee in a time of duty drink green tea or lemon with hot water. Green tea to boost memory, lower bad cholesterol, reduces plaque and bacteria in your mouth. The best thing to do with lemon is to put a Ginger mix with honey it will improves blood circulation, cures stomach problems and relieves nausea. And for us to keep dehydrated we must drink water before and after we sleep. For all those sleepless nights we must take vitamins too double dose Vitamin C. It's not easy to have illness so much better we keep watching and learn some new things about our health. Search and listen to our elders! These routine will help also to have a beautiful and healthy skin. Make a habit to show some interest to your health specially if you are in a graveyard shift schedule.
